•Orders can be canceled within 24 hours as long as they have not been shipped.
•Due to the nature of fragrances, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
•Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
•Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
